摘要
为比较环丙唑醇和三唑酮对小麦白粉病菌的生物活性,试验设先接菌后施药(治疗作用)和先施药后接菌(保护作用)两种处理,结果表明:环丙唑醇对小麦白粉病菌的治疗和保护效果均好于三唑酮,两杀菌剂对小麦白粉病菌的抑制中浓度(EC50)值均随接菌与施药间隔期的增长而增大。在接菌后1d施药和施药后1d接菌,环丙唑醇、三唑酮的治疗效果好于保护效果,在间隔期为4d、7d时,环丙唑醇、三唑酮的保护效果好于治疗效果。环丙唑醇、三唑酮浓度在1~20μg/mL对小麦株高、鲜重无影响,但在5~20μg/mL时,部分小麦叶片叶尖出现发黄现象。
Two treatment methods for comparing the bioactivity on wheat powdery mildew of cyproconazole and triadimefon were applied,i.e.spraying after infection and infection after spraying.The results showed that the therapeutic action and protective action of cyproconazole was better than triadimefon.The EC50 of two fungicides increased along with the interval increasing.Under the treatments of spraying after wheat infection 1d and infection wheat after spraying 1d,the therapeutic effects of cyproconazole and triadimefon were better than the protective action.When the interval was 4d and 7d the protective action of two fungicides was better than the therapeutic action.The results showed that cyproconazole and triadimefon had no effect on wheat plant height and fresh weight at a range of 1~20μg/mL,but some leaves of wheat turned yellow at a range of 5~20μg/mL.
