腹膜透析联合血液透析对慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of peritoneal dialysis combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of the patients with chronic renal failure

目的：探讨血液透析联合腹膜透析与腹膜透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2006年10月~2010年10月收治的慢性肾功能衰竭患者80例,其中32例行腹膜透析联合血液透析治疗（联合组）,48例仅进行腹膜透析（腹透组）,观察两组疗效。结果：两组治疗后肾功能均得到改善,联合组肌酐、尿素氮均低于腹透组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;治疗后联合组血红蛋白及白蛋白水平高于腹透组,甲状旁腺素水平低于腹透组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;联合组治疗中并发症少于腹透组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：腹膜透析联合血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭,可明显改善肾功能,减少并发症,改善患者生活质量,值得应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of peritoneal dialysis（PD） combined with hemodialysis（HD） and peritoneal dialysis（PD） only in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods：80 cases of patients with chronic renal failure in our hospital from October 2006 to October 2010 were divided into two groups,32 cases in combination group were treated with PD combined with HD,48 cases in PD group were only treated with PD.The efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results：Renal function improved in the two groups after treatment,Creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in com-bination group after treatment were all significantly lower than PD group（all P0.05）.The levels of albumin and hemoglobin in combination group after treatment were higher than PD group,and there were significant differences between the two groups（all P0.05）.The level of parathyroid hormone in combination group after treatment was lower than PD group,and there were significantly differences between them（P0.05）.Complications in combination group were significantly less than PD group in treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion：PD combined HD treating patients with chronic renal failure can significantly improve renal function,reduce complications,improve quality of life,and it is worthy of application.
