血脂康对高血压合并高血脂患者血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:16

摘要 目的:观察血脂康对高血压合并高血脂患者两种血管内皮功能评价指标的影响。方法:120例高血压合并高血脂患者随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例),对照组给予常规口服降压药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服血脂康胶囊,2次/d,每次0.6 g,疗程8周。检测两组治疗前后患者的血脂、一氧化氮(NO)及血管性血友病因子(vWF)水平。结果:治疗8周末,治疗组在血脂改善的同时,vWF水平下降,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);NO水平升高,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血脂康可改善高血压合并高血脂患者血浆vWF及NO水平,提示该药对此类患者的血管内皮功能可能具有保护作用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Xuezhikang on two indexes used to assess vascular endothelial function in patients with hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia.Methods:120 cases of patients with hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Control group(60 cases) was administered conventional antihypertensive therapy,treatment group(60 cases) was given Xuezhikang,twice daily,0.6 g one time on the base of control group.The levels of lipids,nitrogen monoxidum(NO) and von willebrand factor(vWF) were measured before and after treatment.Results:After 8 weeks treatment,the levels of NO increased significantly and vWF decreased significantly(P0.01),in treatment group while the level of lipids improved at the same time and there was a significactly difference(P0.01).Conclusion:Xuezhikang can improve the lever of No and vWF used to assess vascular en-dothelial function in patients with hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia,which may protect the function of vascular endothelial.
