中西医结合治疗脑梗死合并风痰瘀阻型帕金森综合征

Combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on the patients of cerebral infarction with Parkinson's syndrome of wind-phlegm and blood stasis

目的：观察中西医结合治疗脑梗死合并风痰瘀阻型帕金森综合征的临床疗效。方法：选取我科于2008年1月~2010年6月期间收治的98例脑梗死合并风痰瘀阻型帕金森综合征患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服停颤颗粒,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率为85.71%,对照组总有效率为59.18%,观察组疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（χ2=10.01,P=0.018）。结论：中西医结合治疗脑梗死合并风痰瘀阻型帕金森综合征疗效显著,而且对于中老年患者心脑血管病等多发病有一定的防治作用,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on the patients of cerebral infarction with Parkinson＇s syndrome of wind-phlegm and blood stasis.Methods：98 patients of cerebral infarction with Parkinson＇s syndrome of wind-phlegm and blood stasis were selected in our Department from January 2008 to June 2010 and divided into observation group and control group randomly,49 patients in each group.Control group was given conventional Western Medicine therapy,and observation group based on the control group were added Stop Fibrillation Particles.The therapeutic effects of two groups were observed.Results：The total therapy effective rate of observation group was 85.71%,the total effective rate of control group was 59.18%,the clinical effect of observation group was much better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant（χ 2 =10.01,P0.05）.Conclu-sion：Combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine are not only effective for patient of cere-bral infarction with Parkinson＇s syndrome of wind-phlegm and blood stasis,but also for elderly patients＇ cardio-cere-brovascular disease,and it has certain preventive effect,which is worthy to use in clinical.
