急诊科西药类处方不合理性的临床分析

Irrational analysis of prescription of western medicine in emergency Department

目的:调查急诊科西药类不理用药的实际情况,促进并提高临床用药的水平与合理性。方法:随机抽取山东省滨州市人民医院2010年1～12月急诊西药类处方32 243张,对用药处方进行不合理性分析,再进行系统的归类与总结。结果:在32 243张急诊科所开具的西药处方中不合理的用药处方有455张,占总抽查数的1.41%。主要表现为药物用法与用量、溶媒选择、配伍用药、药理拮抗以及联合用药、重复用药等几个方面。结论:我院急诊科所开具的西药处方当中仍然有不合理用药现象存在,值得各位医生在今后的工作中给予重视,以高度的责任心和严谨的工作态度,保证患者安全用药。

Objective：To investigate the specific conditions of irrational drug using in emergency Department and enhance the level of clinical treatment.Methods：Randomly extracted 32 243 western prescriptions in the emergency Department of the People＇s Hospital of Binzhou City from January to December in 2010,and analyzed the unreasonable prescriptions,then make system classified and summarized.Results：There were 455 unreasonable prescriptions in 32 243 western prescriptions,which was 1.41% of the total number of spot checks.Mainly as follows,drugs and dosage,solvent selection,compatibility of drugs,pharmacological antagonism as well as combination therapy,repeated drug use and other aspects.Conclusion：There is irrational use of drugs in western prescriptions which are issued by emergency Department in our hospital and the doctors should learn to give attention to their future work,with a high sense of responsibility and strict working attitude to ensure safety using the medicine.
