摘要
目的:探讨颌间Ⅲ类矫形力对恒河猴上、下颌骨长度改变的影响。方法:选用青春发育期恒河猴6只,实验组4只,对照组2只。实验动物分别于上颌骨颧额缝、颧颞缝、颧颌缝两侧,下颌骨髁突颈、下颌角及颏下点打银汞合金标记点。实验组戴颌间Ⅲ类双阻板磁力矫冶器,对照组不戴。矫治前、后拍头颅侧位片。矫治前、处死动物后测量标记点间距离的变化,对相关数据进行测量分析。结果:与对照组相比,实验组矫治前、后上颌骨长度明显增加,颧额缝、颧颞缝、颧颌缝间距增宽;下颌骨长度未见明显变化。结论:颌间Ⅲ类矫形力可促进上颌骨生长发育,抑制下颌骨水平向生长。
PURPOSE: To study the effect of Class Ⅲ intermaxillary functional orthopedic force on the change of pubescent rhesus monkey's maxilla and mandible.METHODS: Six pubescent rhesus monkeys were randomly divided into experimental(4 monkeys) and control(2 monkeys) groups.Monkeys in the experimental group wore TMA Ⅲ while the control group did not.Cephalometric radiographs were taken and analyzed before and after treatment.The distance between two relative marks of Hg-Ag alloy was measured.RESULTS:Compared with the control group,cephalometric results showed that the maxillary length increased,but the mandibular length changed little in the experimental group.CONCLUSION: Class Ⅲ orthopedic force could accelerate the growth of maxilla and inhibit the development of mandible.
