球帽型附着体修复治疗牙列游离缺失重度牙周病37例疗效分析 被引量:3

Clinical effect of stud type attachments in the rehabilitation of dentition free deletion based on the treatment of 37 patients suffering from severe periodontal disease

摘要 目的探讨球帽型附着体修复治疗牙列游离缺失的重度牙周病的临床疗效。方法选择2008年9月至2010年9月河南省南阳市口腔医院修复科收治的牙列单、双侧游离缺失的重度牙周病患者37例,应用球帽型附着体进行修复治疗,并随访6个月观察疗效。结果修复体戴入后,患者主观评价:美观37例,咀嚼有力37例,感觉适应36例,总体满意度为99%。随访复查,所有患者附着体固位力合适、义齿稳性高,基牙松动度均明显减轻或无松动,X线片前后对比牙槽骨骨小梁转为清晰和稳定,牙周情况均有明显改善,牙周病修复治疗有效率100%。结论球帽型附着体在患者口腔功能恢复和牙周病综合治疗上具有显著效果。 Objective Observe the clinical effect of stud type attachments in the rehabilitation of dentition free deletion and elongation and loose of the remaining tooth in the treatment of the severe periodontal disease.Methods A total of 37 patients who suffered from the single or double sides dentition free deletion and were treated in the Rehabilitation Department of Dental Hospital of Nanyang City were chosen in the clinical treatment and treated with the technology of stud type attachments and followed up for 6 months;observe the effect.Results All the 37 patients had the subjective evaluation of the good shape and powerful chewing;36 patients felt acceptable,the overall satisfaction degree reaching 99%.In the follow-up,the attachments of the 37 patients had an appropriate retention force;the dentures had high stability;mobility of the abutment tooth had been significantly reduced or noloosening at all.X-ray indicated that the bone trabecula of alveolar bones turned to be clear and stable;the periodontal condition had been greatly improved and the effective rate of the treatment was 100%.Conclusion The technology of stud type attachments has a significant effect in restoring the patients' oral function and treating periodontal diseases.
