微创锁定加压钛板固定治疗胫骨远端骨折探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨微创锁定加压钛板固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的优势。方法对23例胫骨远端骨折患者采用微创加压锁定钛板固定治疗。结果所有病例手术切口均一期愈合,无切口愈合不良甚至皮肤坏死、感染、骨外露、骨折延迟愈合和不愈合等并发症,术后肿胀轻且消退快。结论微创锁定加压钛板固定法具有手术创伤小、骨折愈合率高、并发症少等优点,是治疗胫骨远段骨折的具有优势的手术方法。
