摘要
目的:采用综合法建立大鼠慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)动物模型。方法:应用60%乙醇,20 mmol.L-1去氧胆酸钠和0.05%~0.1%氨水刺激胃黏膜,并结合饥饱失常。12周后观察大鼠胃黏膜病理变化及胃液酸度、胃蛋白酶活性和游离黏液量等生化指标变化。结果:与对照组比,模型组动物一般情况差、体重增加缓慢,胃窦黏膜炎性细胞浸润,炎症评分明显增加;游离酸和总酸度明显增加,游离黏液量和胃蛋白酶活性明显升高。结论:应用60%乙醇和20 mmol.L-1去氧胆酸钠,0.05%~0.1%氨水并结合饥饱失常对SD大鼠刺激12周可成功地建立CSG模型,且稳定性好。
Objective:To establish a rat model of chronic superficial gastritis.Method:The experimental SD rats were given 60% alcohol and 20 mmol·L-1 sodium deoxycholate,0.05%-0.1% ammonia water and also treated with irregular diet for 12 weeks,pathologic changes in gastric mucosa were investigated by microscope.Biochemical indexes were measured with instruments.Result: Compared with the control group,the body weight in the model group decreased obviously,the concentration of free acid and total acid were significant increased,free mucin content and pepsin activity were significant higher.Conclusion: The above described method could establish rat model of chronic superficial gastritis successfully.
