深凹高边坡露天矿大孔径水压预裂爆破技术 被引量:6

摘要 根据露天矿开采延深存在大量炮孔积水的情况,提出了利用大直径垂直钻孔的露天矿水压预裂爆破新概念,探索了一套水压预裂爆破主要技术参数的确定、大孔径预裂爆破效果评定方法、水孔爆破的装药、炮孔堵塞的关键技术和预裂加缓冲爆破实现一次成帮技术。在首云铁矿现场试验取得了降振率65%以上,后冲破裂范围减少38.5%的良好效果,可提高露天高边坡的稳定性,降低边坡维护费用。 There appears a lot of water in borehole with the pen pit deepening.The paper described the concept on open-pit water pressure pre-blasting by large-diameter vertical drilling,explored a set of techniques including a method to determine main blasting paramagnets,and the evaluation of water pressure pre-blasting,and the key technique of borehole charging and blasting hole stemming,and instant slope-forming by pre-split and cushion blasting.Through on-site application in Shouyun Iron Ore,a good effect with the ratio of vibration reduction of more than 65%,and backlash burst reduced by 38.5% was obtained.This technique can effectively improve the stability of the open-pit slope and lower slope maintenance costs.
