制红霉素废渣吸附水中Pb^(2+)的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 以某制药公司制红霉素废渣为生物吸附材料,对模拟含Pb2+废水进行了吸附试验,并进行了吸附过程热力学分析。结果表明:氢氧化钠改性可明显提高制红霉素废渣的吸附能力;用经氢氧化钠改性的制红霉素废渣处理初始浓度为11.8 mg/L的模拟含Pb2+废水的适宜条件为室温、溶液pH=3.5、吸附时间15 min、废渣用量2g/L;Langmuir等温方程可以很好地描述制红霉素废渣对Pb2+的吸附行为。 The erythromycin pharmaceutical waste residues discharged from one pharmaceutical company was used as a biosorbent to simulate the absorption tests of Pb2+.And the thermodynamic analysis on the adsorption process was carried out.The results showed that the modification of sodium hydroxide significantly improved the adsorption capacity of the erythromycin waste residues;The erythromycin waste residues modified by sodium hydroxide was used to treat the Pb2+ wastewater with the initial concentration of 11.8 mg/L,obtaining the appropriate conditions are solution pH=3.5,adsorption time 15 min and the dosage of residues 2 g/L at room temperature.Langmuir isotherm equation can well describe the adsorption behavior of erythromycin residues to Pb2+.
