家蚕体内不同部位的同步辐射成像分析

In Vivo Study on Different Divisions of Bombyx mori by Synchrotron Radiation Imaging Technology

摘要 以五龄熟蚕为研究对象,对其体内不同部位进行同步辐射成像(包括同轴位相村度成像和显微断层成像)。研究结果表明,蚕体内中部丝腺的直径范围在3.74~4.21 mm之间,其始端距离蚕头部约18 mm。而吐丝管则被发现于距离蚕头部顶端1.43nm处,且直径相对较细,范围在7~52μm之间。 The fifth instar larvae of Bombyx mori was used as the object of study. The synchrotron radiation imaging (including the in-line phase contrast imaging and the microscopy tomography imaging) technology was applied to investigate the different divisions of Bombyx mori in vivo. It was found that the middle silk gland had a diameter ranging from 3.74 mm to 4.21 mm. And its beginning was 18 mm from the head of Bombyx mori. The spinning duct was observed to be 1.43 mm away from the head and have a thinner diameter of 7 - 52 μm.
