摘要
大件运输辅助决策系统有助于提高大件运输的可靠性和安全性,为了对其实际应用效果进行评价研究,首先从目标功能、技术性能、经济效果三个方面构建了大件运输辅助决策系统的应用评价指标体系,并提出基于灰色关联度的评价指标权重确定方法,然后采用灰色统计方法建立测评矩阵,运用模糊综合评价法对辅助决策系统的应用效果进行评价。最后,通过实例验证论文提出的评价体系的有效性和可行性。
Massive products transportation decision-making support system can improve the reliability and safety of massive products transportation. In order to evaluate the application effect of the decision-making system, the index system of application evaluation is established from the target function, technical performance and economic effect. Grey relation analysis is utilized to obtain the weights of the indexes. And gray statistic method is utilized to establish fuzzy evaluation matrix. Then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to get the application effect. Finally, an application example is given to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation system.
