Research on the Knowledge Management in the Service System of Subject Librarians

知识管理是知识经济时代图书馆工作必须研究的问题之一,对深化学科馆员服务,推动图书馆知识化服务进程有着重要作用。本文对学科馆员服务体系中的知识管理进行了研究,探讨了学科馆员服务体系与知识管理的契合点,并从学科馆员的素质要求,工作职责和角色分工3个角度加以阐述,分析了以知识流的有效控制为核心的学科馆员知识管理内容。

This article discussed the base of the knowledge management on the service system of Subject Librarians.Put forward the viewpoint that the core of the knowledge management in the service system of subject librarians was the control of the knowledge flow.The paper also analysed the common point of the knowledge management and the subject librarians＇ service.
