蜈黛软膏治疗手足部皲裂型湿疹临床观察

CLINICAL EFFICACY OF CENTIPEDE AND MATURAL INDIGO MIX OINTMENT IN TREATMENT OF RHAGADIA MANUS AND PEDIS ECZEMA

目的观察蜈黛软膏对手足部皲裂性湿疹的临床疗效。方法入选合格病例98例,患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,二组均给予常规抗组胺药物,治疗组外用蜈黛软膏,对照组外用曲安奈德益康唑,患者均于治疗2周后和4周后按照疗效评估标准观察效果。结果治疗2周后治疗组显效率58.00%,对照组为66.67%,治疗4周后治疗组显效率88.00%,对照组为70.84%。治疗4周后治疗组显效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。二组均未见不良反应。结论蜈黛软膏治疗手足部皲裂性湿疹疗效显著,使用安全。

Objective To observe therapeutic efficacy of centipede and natural indigo mix ointment in treatment of rhagadia manus and pedis eczema.Methods 98 cases of rhagadia manus and pedis eczema were randomely divided into curative group and control group.All cases were oral with routine antihistamine.The curative group was given centipede and natural indigo mix ointment and the control group was given compound econazole nitrate ointment externally used.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 2 and 4 weeks.Results The effective rate in curative group and control group was 58% and 66.67% respectively after 2 weeks,88% and 70.84% respectively after 4 weeks.The effective rate was higher in curative group than that in control group after treatment 4 weeks（p 0.05）.There was no untoward effect in two groups.Conclusion Centipede and Natural Indigo Mix Ointment proved to be an effective and safe modality in treatment of rhagadia manus and pedis eczema.
