翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植疗效观察

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF PRIMARY PTERYGIUM EXCISION COMBINED WITH LIMBAL STEM CELL TRANSPLANTATION

目的观察翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法对140例140只眼翼状胬肉患者行翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植,观察术后复发情况。结果术后随诊1-12个月,14例复发,复发率为10%。结论翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉,能有效降低胬肉术后复发率,是目前医疗条件下较为理想的手术方法。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation for the treatment of primary pterygium.Methods All 140 eyes out of 140 patients received the surgery of pterygium excision with limbal stem cell transplantation and observed the recurrent rate.Results Followed up 1-12 months,reoccurred in 14 cases,the recurrent rate was 10%.Conclusions The surgery of pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation for the treatment of pterygium can effectively reduce the recurrence of pterygium,it is ideal surgical methods in current medical conditions.
