摘要
介绍了煤炭资源战略储备的背景及其概念,利用三点估计法来估计了中国煤炭战略储备的适度规模,对我国亟需解决的煤炭战略储备有一定参考价值。
This paper proposes the background and the concept of strategic coal reserve in China.The paper also estimates the optimum size with three-point method to provide decision support for China＇s strategic coal reserves.
