摘要 阐述中国煤炭企业市场化薪酬模式的建立,把市场机制引入煤矿企业内部,模拟外部市场建立企业内部十大要素市场,通过化小核算单位,将每一个企业内部单位都转变成经济单元、市场主体,根据不同层级、不同工种需求,制定多种分配形式的薪酬分配办法及模式,进行市场化的运作,使员工的收入与市场化结算挂钩,促进各种生产要素、资源的优化配置和高效利用,以期解决煤炭企业安全、管理内在机制等问题。 The establishment of market-oriented salary mode for Chinese coal enterprises was described.The market mechanism was introduced into coal enterprises to imitate the external markets to set up ten internal key market units for enterprises.Via reducing accounting unit,each branch or department of enterprises was taken as an economic unit and a market entity.Aiming at different levels and different work requirements,the varied salary assignment plans and modes were work out to execute market-oriented operation,making staff's salary link to market-oriented settlement in order to promote the optimum distribution and the high-efficient utilization of all kinds of factors of production and resources.The final goal is to solve the inner system problems of coal enterprises such as safety,management and so on.
