摘要
简述了我国煤炭企业面临的严峻形势以及煤矿事故产生的原因,并结合煤矿安全生产存在的问题和安全工作的长期性、复杂性和反复性,对煤炭企业安全文化建设提出了几点看法。
This paper outlines the severe situation about Chinese coal enterprises and the causes of coal mine accidents.Meanwhile,the author proposes the perspectives of safety culture construct in coal enterprises,related with the problems of mine production safety and long-term、complex and repetitive safety work.
