摘要
通过对低浓度瓦斯发电技术和油页岩炼化尾气发电技术的研究,发现两种气体经过燃气内燃机发电,各自存在的主要技术问题。通过对两种气体发电工艺技术原理的分析研究,以及两种气体掺混后气体成分的分析研究,发现将两种气体掺混利用,即利用了浓度较低的瓦斯,又将油页岩炼化尾气在气缸燃烧时的氢气含量降低,更有利于燃气内燃机控制运行。
By comparison of two techniques for power generation from low-content gas and exhausted emission of oil shale refining,it was found that there exist respective technical problems during two gases passing internal-combustion engine.The analysis of two power generation technical principles and the composition of two gases after mixing showed that the mixture of two gases,not only utilizing the low-content gas but also decreasing the amount of hydrogen when the exhausted emission from oil shale refining burned in the cylinder,is beneficial to the control of internal-combustion engine running,achieving an aim of energy reduction,circular economy,comprehensive utilization,safe and stable power generation,and the increase of enterprise benefit.
