摘要
介绍了双相钢、耐热钢、超级奥氏体钢、超级铁素体钢等特殊不锈钢退火酸洗工艺的特点,与普通不锈钢相比,其退火速度较低,退火温度较高,冷却段为全水冷方式,氧化铁皮预处理采用破鳞机与抛丸机相结合的方式,酸洗段预酸洗采用电解中性盐的方法,混酸酸洗段的氢氟酸浓度较高。
The characteristics of annealing and pickling process for dual-phase steel, heat resistant steel, super austenite steel, super ferrite stainless steel are introduced. Compared with ordinary stainlees steel, the annea ling speed is low, annealing temperature is high, cooling section is water-cooling, iron oxide pre-treatment is used shot lasting machine with broken scale machine combination, pre-pickling is applied salt neutral electro lytic, and mixed acid pickling is employed high concentration of hydrofluoric acid.
