摘要
分析了马钢热连轧CSP生产线液压活套设备的结构、功能及工作原理,并根据现场实际参数和工艺结构,建立了活套套量方程、伺服阀-液压缸模型传递函数、液压活套张力系统模型和高度系统模型,据此推导得出了液压活套双输入、双输出线性化动态数学模型,为更好地研究液压活套系统的控制问题提供了模型依据。
The structure, function and work principle of hydraulic loop equipment used in CSP line of Masteel were analyzed. Based on industrial production technology parameters, some mathematical models, including looper height model, servo valves - hydraulic cylinder transfer function, tension model were established, and dual-input, dual output linear dynamic model of hydraulic loop was derived. It was the reference for control hydraulic system.
