摘要
介绍了宝钢集团梅山钢铁股份有限公司热轧厂开发试制MR T-4CA镀锡板用热轧带钢的技术要求、工艺方案、技术难点及主要技术措施,通过对轧制计划编制、工艺控制参数调整、加热操作控制、机组负荷分配和速度优化、数学控制模型参数调优、轧线除鳞和工艺通道管理、精轧辊型配置、在线检测监控等方面采取有效措施,实现了对加热温度、终轧温度、卷取温度、成品几何尺寸、板形等关键指标的有效控制,实现了该产品的批量稳定生产。
The technique requirement, process scheme and technology difficulties of developing hot rolled strip for tin-plate MR T-4CA in Meisteel were introduced. Based on it, some techniques, such as designing rolling plan, adjusting process parameters, controlling heating, optimizing load arrangement and speed control, improving mathematical models, descaling and online monitoring, etc. were applyed. The series production of this strip was achieved.
