87例急性有机磷中毒患者几项常规化验结果分析

目的分析急性有机磷中毒患者在治疗前后红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、血小板(PLT)、血清肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)等化验结果的变化。方法选取于我院接受治疗的87例急性有机磷中毒患者,回顾分析其临床资料。结果 87例患者RBC、WBC、CPK、LDH、AST治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),而患者PLT在治疗前后计数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论患者RBC、WBC、CPK、LDH、AST化验结果变化能够提示患者有机磷中毒的严重程度。

Objective To study the changes of red blood cell（RBC）,white blood cell（WBC）,platelet（PLT）,serum creatine phosphokinase（CPK）,lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）,and aspartate aminotransferase（AST） test in patients with acute organophosphate poisoning before and after the treatment.Methods 87 cases of acute organophosphate poisoning patients were treated in our hospital,their clinical data were reviewed.Results The differences of the RBC,WBC,CPK,LDH and AST of 87 patients with acute organophosphate poisoning were significant before and after treatment（P0.05）.However the PLT counting were no obvious difference in patients before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in statistics （P0.05）.Conclusion The change of RBC,WBC,CPK,LDH and AST test in patients can indicate the severity of organophos poisoning.
