摘要 笔者介绍了酶促DNA合成研究的进展。科恩伯格和他的同事经历了从合成核苷酸、核苷三磷酸到合成DNA的历程。他们分离并提纯了DNA聚合酶,弄清了合成DNA的最直接的前体,揭示了DNA合成的化学机理,合成了具有感染性的噬菌体ΦX174DNA。 The advance in enzymatic DNA synthesis is introduced. Kornberg and his colleagues went through deoxyribonucleotide, deoxynucleoside tryphosphates and DNA synthesis. The immediate precursor of DNA synthesis was known. DNA polymerase was separated and purified. The chemical mechanism of DNA synthesis was revealed and infectious phage ФX174DNA was synthesized.
