摘要
提出了一种基于OpenCV的非接触式的测量方案,为提高零件角点的测量精度提出了新的应用方案。首先使用摄像机标定方法来矫正透镜畸变,采用了中值滤波消除噪声,从图像中获得更多的细节和信息,利用哈里斯角点检测和亚像素检测方法实现角点提取。最后,实验分析和比较了基于OpenCV的高精度零件角点测量的应用效果。
A project of untouched measurement based on OpenCV is proposed to combine the newest untouched measurement technique with the problem of size measurement between comers of parts. Firstly, the rectified image is got by using camera calibration. Secondly, median filter is used to get more details and information from images. Thirdly, the Harris corner detection technique and sub-pixel detection technique are used to get the extraction of corners. At last, the size measurement result of parts based on OpenCV by experiment is analyzed.
