摘要
为了研究外源多胺和激素对昆虫体内多胺含量的影响,利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定了外源多胺及其抑制剂a-二氟甲基鸟氨酸(DFMO)、保幼激素类似物法尼醇及20-羟基蜕皮酮对小菜蛾蛹体内多胺含量的影响。结果表明:外源多胺及DFMO处理后,小菜蛹体内3种多胺(腐胺、亚精胺和精胺)的代谢产生了明显的影响,且这种影响具有一定的时效性;保幼激素类似物法尼醇和20-羟基蜕皮酮(20E)对蛹体内3种多胺的合成具有一定的促进作用,且在相同的发育阶段,20E的促进作用要高于法尼醇的效应。
The spermidine(spd) and spermine(spm) and putrescine(put) in the pupae of diamondback moth treated by exogenous polyamines(put,spd and spm),α-difluoromethyl-ornithine(DFMO),farnesol and 20-hydroxyecdysone(20E) were tested by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The metabolism of polyamines(spd,spm and put) in the pupae of diamondback moth was significantly affected,and this effect depended on the time duration of treatment.Farnesol and 20E improved the synthesis of polymines,with the former hormone better than the latter during the same developmental stage.
