体细胞共培养对猪附植前胚胎发育的影响

摘要 目前,动物胚胎体外生产技术已经相对成熟,包括卵母细胞的体外成熟(IVM)、体外受精(IVF)及早期胚胎的体外培养(IVC)等。因此,可以有效地利用屠宰场废弃的卵巢,大量、廉价地进行实验室生产胚胎,为早期胚胎发育机理、胚胎干细胞等的研究提供丰富的试验材料。然而,猪的早期胚胎体外培养仍存在囊胚发育率低、囊胚细胞数少、囊胚质量不高等问题,如何提高猪体外胚胎的囊胚发育率和囊胚质量是解决猪胚胎体外生产的关键因素。
