摘要
针对某铜选厂浮选工艺流程,采用中矿再磨工艺进行选矿试验,对比了不同中矿再磨钢球配比条件下的选矿效果。不同钢球配比条件下,新工艺的回收率不同,说明中矿再磨不同球比磨矿的针对性不同。运用筛析法、点测法对中矿磨前、磨后颗粒进行了分析,发现中矿磨后能有效的降低粗颗粒粒级的数量,解离度增加,中间粒级及细颗粒级产率增加。对新工艺的机理进行了分析。
Based on the investigation of flotation process in a copper mineral processing plant, experiment of adding regrinding of middling to the old mineral processing flow was carried out, the flotating results for regrinding of middling under different fill- ing ratios of steel ball were compared. For new mineral process- ing flow, when the steel ball ratio was different the recovery of copper was different also, this indicated that regrinding of mid- dling with different steel ball ratios was of different pertinency. The particle size of middling before and after regrinding was ana- lyzed by means of sieving analysis and point measuring, and it was found that the content of coarse particle in middling after re- grinding decreased effectively, the liberation degree of minerals increased, the yield of intermediate - sized particle and fine par- ticle increased. This paper analyzes mechanism of the new process.
