摘要
基于语言变量的多属性决策问题,提出了一种ElECTRE决策方法.首先将决策属性的语言评价值转变成三角模糊数,通过三角模糊数可能度的计算公式,将指标值从三角模糊数映射到优劣关系等价的实数值,然后利用改进的ELECTREII方法计算各方案之间的相对优势度矩阵和相对劣势矩阵,进一步求出方案之间的修正综合加权矩阵和各方案净优势值,根据各方案净优势值大小确定方案的优劣排序,最后通过应用实例表明,该方法简单明了,易于推广使用.
The decision method based on linguistic forms an important part of Multi-attribute decision making.This paper first converts the linguistic evaluation value of decision attribute into fuzzy triangular number, then maps from fuzzy triangular number to real number equivalent to quality relationship and calcuate the relatively dominant matrix and relatively disadvantage matrix of a number of alternatives by improved ELECTREII method. Subsequently, correction synthetical weight matrix and net dominating value will be calculated and then the order of excellence will be made by the net dominating value. Finally, the application example shows the method proposed in this paper is simple, clear and easy to use.
