摘要
根据PMAC运动控制器的特点,构建了基于PMAC的微细电火花成形加工运动控制系统的硬件和软件体系,讨论分析了基于PMAC的运动控制系统对微细电火花成形加工的影响,优化了系统伺服参数和加工运动参数。通过加工实例表明:基于PMAC的运动控制系统在提高加工稳定性和加工效率方面有着显著的优势。
Some characters of PMAC are introduced. Based on PMAC, the software and hardware architecture of numerical control for micro sinkingdie EDM are constructed. The effects of motion control based on PMAC on EDM processing are discussed. The optimal parameters of system servo and machining motion are presented. Experiments show that motion control system based on PMAC has significant advantages to improve machining stability and efficiency.
