针对数控线切割机床在切割某些大型铝件时,表面会产生团状斑点的原因进行了分析,找出解决该问题的最佳方案,并通过实验进行了验证,证明了该方案的可行性。

The paper analyzes the reasons of agglomerate cankerous speckles produced on surface of some large aluminum components when they are cut by numerical control wire electrical-discharge machine. The best solution to the issue has been found, and it has been demonstrated by test. The feasibility of the solution has also been proven by the practice.
