摘要
介绍了以大功率UV-LED为光源的光固化快速成形系统(LED-SL)的基本原理。针对UV-LED的光源特点,研究了光束发散角对树脂固化形态的影响,在Jacobs光固化理论的基础上,建立了发散光束固化单线形状的数学模型。分析比较了UV-LED、激光、汞灯光源固化单线形状的差异及其对零件精度的影响。通过比较,阐述了LED-SL高精度、高效、低成本的特点。
The basic principle of LED-SL based on UV-LED light is introduced. For the feature of UV-LED light, the effect of the beam divergence angle is developed on the shape of resin SL. Based on Jacobs' SL principle, a mathematic model of divergence beam SL single line is set up. The single line shape differece and its effect of different light sources, such as UV-LED, laser and Hg light, are analyzed and comporred. The high accuracy, high efficiency and low cost advantages of LED-SL system were embodied in the comparisons.
