Three-dimensional green which has the ecological efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency in the construction of ecology is a wise choice to city. The related discrimination policy of three-dimensional greening restrains its development. Domestic and international practice has proved that the key to promoting three-dimensional green healthy development lies in policy innovation.
