摘要
随着城市的发展,历史街区也受到了拆除等各种开发威胁,而发展权转移制度(容积转移)正是解决历史街区的维护与城市的发展相冲突的有效途径之一。该文以台北大稻埕地区为例,研究如何利用容积率转移制度,来更好的推动历史街区的更新与维护。
With the development of the city, historic districts have also been demolished and under other development threats. Development Rights Transfer System is one effective way to solve the conflict between the maintenance of historic district and urban development. The paper takes areas of Tataocheng in Taipei as an example to study how to use the volume rate of transfer system to better promote the renewal and maintenance of historic district.
