广州“南拓”战略实施评价探析——以番禺片区为例

Implementation Evaluation of "Southern Extension" Strategy:Case in Panyu Area

广州市2001年战略规划已经实施十年,其"南拓"战略影响下的番禺和南沙在这十年间发展迅速,但是这发展的背后却很少人关注"南拓"实施的程度和效果如何。该文建立在对番禺片区发展规划中相关政策的解读和研究,从番禺片区的城市空间发展、人口结构、用地结构、产业结构的实施评价入手,探讨"南拓"战略规划指导下的2001版广州市番禺片区发展规划的实施情况,为新一轮的番禺总体规划编制和实施提供借鉴。

Guangzhou strategic planning 2001 has been implemented 10 years, Panyu and Nansha developed rapidly in the decade under the influence of the ＂Southern Extension＂ strategy. But few man concern about the effectiveness of implementation. The paper is established based on the research of the policies, starting from the implementation evaluation of urban space, population structure, land use structure and industrial structure, to discuss the evaluation of implementation of ＂Southern Extension＂ in order to give reference for the new round of general plan in Panyu.
