Thinking on the New Rural Construction in Our Country:Taking "Home Construction Action Plan" in Wuhan jiangxia as an Example

新农村建设是一项复杂而系统的工程,该文以武汉市江夏区"家园建设行动计划"为例,从新农村规划、建设管理、村民意愿、政策体制等几个方面分析当前存在的一些问题,并提出改进的措施和建议,以期对今后的新农村建设有一定的启示。

The new rural construction is a complicated and systemic project. This paper will analyze the current existing problem from four aspects： New rural planning, Construction Management, Villagers will, Policy regime. Based on the analysis, the author put forwards some improvement measures and proposals, in order to bring some revelations to the future new rural construction.
