摘要
重载夹钳承载能力的研究是保证重载夹持机构可靠性与夹持稳定性的重要依据。影响夹钳承载能力的因素众多,且某些因素之间存在多重相关性和不确定性,因而给夹钳承载能力评价研究带来困难。针对夹钳结构系统承载能力影响因素的复杂性,文中采用改进的层次分析法,最终把系统分析归纳为最底层相对于最高层的相对重要性权值的确定或相对优劣性排序问题。该评价研究使影响夹钳承载能力各因素的影响程度更具有明确性,也为夹钳优化选型方案提供了可靠的理论基础。
The study of load bearing capability of heavy loading gripper is an important basis to ensure the reliability and stability for heavy loading mechanism.There are many factors that affect the load bearing capability of heavy loading gripper,the multiple correlation and uncertainties exist among some of them,so it brings the difficulty to the load bearing capability assessment.Concerning the complexity of influence factors of loading bearing capability of heavy loading gripper structural system,this paper adopts the improved analytic hierarchy process,the system analysis is eventually reduced to the decision of weights of relative importance that the lowest level is relative to the highest level or the sequencing problem of relative advantage and disadvantage.The evaluation and study in this paper has brought the influence degree of various factors to the load bearing capability of heavy loading gripper to be much clarity,and provided a reliable theoretical basis for optimal selection solution of gripper.
