摘要
通过对推杆盘形凸轮机构进行受力分析,得出压力角越小其传力特性越好,当压力角为0时,导轨对推杆的约束反力为0,效率为1,传力特性最好,零度压力角推杆盘形凸轮机构将会得到广泛的应用。推导出凸轮转动过程中使压力角始终为0的凸轮轮廓曲线。根据三心定理求出压力角计算公式,令压力角为0得推杆速度方程,求导得推杆位移方程,根据位移方程用反转法设计凸轮曲线,验证了该凸轮曲线为渐开线,将零度压力角推杆渐开线廓形凸轮机构应用到导料机和制动力矩测量装置中,使用效果良好,尤其渐开线制动力矩装置测量方便精确,已在矿井提升机中得到了广泛的推广应用。
After force analysis of an actuating disc cam mechanism,it was found that the smaller pressure angle is,the better transmission characteristics will be.When the pressure angle is zero,the constraint anti-force that the guide exerts on the pusher is zero,the efficiency is "1" and transmission characteristics is the best.Therefore the disc cam mechanism with zero pressure angle will be applied widely,but the key issue is to derive the cam profile curve that allows the pressure angle always keeps at zero during the transmission of the cam.Based on Kennedy's theorem,the pressure angle calculation formula was solved,that expressed as the relation of puncher speed and offset position.The speed equation and displacement equation of the puncher were derived if the pressure angle is zero.Cam profile curve was designed by using method of reversion based on the displacement equation was designed based on Method of Reversion and proves to be an involute,and the cam profile curve is proven to be an involute.If the pusher involute profile cam mechanism with zero pressure angle is applied in pusher and a braking torque measuring device,good effect can be obtained.Especially the involute braking torque measuring device is convenient and accurate,and has been widely used in mine lifts.
