先进控制在循环流化床锅炉燃烧优化控制方面的应用 被引量:2

摘要 随着热电企业供需关系的逐步改变,以及循环流化床锅炉自动化程度的不断提高,热电企业对分散控制系统DCS及其自动化控制提出了更多的要求,要求锅炉运行各项指标更经济、自动化水平更高,以提高锅炉系统运行的安全系数、增强企业的整体效益和竞争力。目前由于循环流化床锅炉大滞后、多变量耦合的燃烧特性,常规PID控制策略很难实现其燃烧过程的自动化控制,导致锅炉的自动投入率极低、管网系统波动大、多台锅炉之间的协调控制无法实现,不能满足企业对供电供热系统的调度要求,因此需要一种新的控制理论来实现。利用大连凯博科技发展有限公司专利技术无辨识自适应预估控制器实现对循环流化床锅炉燃烧过程的自动控制,并对锅炉燃烧过程中的煤量和风量进行优化,及时、准确的对锅炉给煤、密相床温,炉膛负压以及风量的预估计算和控制,实现了燃烧过程的自动控制和过程优化,达到了提高锅炉效益,减少煤耗的目的。通过在山东海化集团240T/H循环流化床锅炉的实际应用,实现自动控制时,主蒸汽压力的平稳度提高20%以上,节煤1%以上。 As supply and demand relation of thermoelectric enterprise gradually changed and the circulating fluidized bed boiler automation degree unceasing enhancement,Thermoelectric enterprise on the distributed control system DCS and its automation control puts forward more requirements,that the boiler operation index more economy and higher automation level.In order to improve the safety coefficient of the boiler operation and enhancing the overall efficiency and competitiveness of enterprise.At present because the Large delay and multivariable coupling combustion characteristics of circulating fluidized bed boiler,the conventional PID control strategy is very difficult to realize the automatic control of combustion process,Lead to boiler low automatic input rate,steam pipe network system fluctuation and multiple boiler coordination control can't be achieved,can't meet the requirement of system operation,so need a new kind of control theory to achieve.IFAP, the patented technology owned by DaLianKaiBoSCI-TECHDevelopment Co.,Ltd can realize the automatic control of the combustion process of the Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler(CFBB),optimize the using volume of coal and air during the process,and duly and accurately estimate and control the coal-supplying in the boiler,bed temperature in the dense-phase zone,negative pressure in the combustion chamber as well as the air volume.Therefore,the combustion process is automatically controlled and optimized,the efficiency of the boiler is improved and the coal-consumption volume is ultimately reduced.During the automatic control process,the steadiness degree of the pressure in the main steamer can increase more than 20%and above 1%of coal can be saved,by Shandong Haihua Group applying 240T/H CFBB.
