南京地区22家医院2007-2009年质子泵抑制剂利用分析

Analysis of the Application of Proton Pump Inhibitors in 22 Hospitals of Nanjing Area during 2007-2009

目的:评价南京地区医院质子泵抑制剂的应用情况。方法:采用回顾性方法,对南京地区22家医院2007-2009年质子泵抑制剂的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)及日均费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果:该地区医院质子泵抑制剂的销售金额和DDDs持续增长。其中奥美拉唑始终占主导地位,新一代质子泵抑制剂泮托拉唑和埃索美拉唑销售金额及DDDs增长迅速。质子泵抑制剂的应用以国产药为主,占60%以上的市场份额。结论:该地区医院质子泵抑制剂应用广泛,同时需注意合理应用。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the application of proton pump inhibitors （PPI） used in the hospital of Nanjing. METHODS： By using retrospective method, consumption sum, DDDs and DDC of PPI in 22 hospitals of Nanjing from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： The consumption sum and DDDs of PPIs increased continuously. Both DDDs and cost of omeprazole occupied the dominant place. The consumption sum and DDDs of new PPIs such as pantoprazole and esomeprazole in- creased rapidly in the past three years. The manufacturers of more than 60% of PPI market are native. CONCLUSION： PPIs are widely used and accepted in the hospital of Nanjing. Rational use of drug should be paid attention to.
