Effects of Pharmaceutical Care on the Safety of Drug Therapy and Compliance of Patients with Malignant Tumor

目的:探讨药学服务对恶性肿瘤患者药物治疗安全性、依从性的影响。方法:随机将448例符合病例选择标准的患者分为试验组、对照组,各224例,均接受医护人员提供的医疗服务;试验组患者及其家属、相关医护人员同时接受临床药师提供的至少3个月药学服务。结果:试验组患者治疗依从性较对照组明显升高(P<0.05);出现严重不良反应的构成比较对照组低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:药学服务可以降低抗肿瘤药致严重不良反应的发生率,明显提高患者治疗依从性。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the effect of pharmaceutical care on the safety of drug therapy and the compliance of patients with malignant tumor. METHODS： 448 cases who met the selection criteria were randomly divided into the trial group and control group （n=224）. Both groups accepted medical services. Meanwhile, the patients and their family and the related medical staffs in the trial group accepted the pharmaceutical care for at least 3 months by clinical pharmacists. RESULTS： Compliance of patients in the trail group was significantly increased as compared with control group （P〈0.05） ; while constituent ratio of patients suffering from serious adverse drug reactions in the trail group was lower than in the control groups, but there was no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： Pharmaceutical care can reduce the incidence of the serious adverse drug reactions induced by antineoplastic drugs, and improve the compliance of the patients obviously.
