摘要
对膜生物反应器进行改造,用砂滤池和滤布代替膜,将曝气池、慢性砂滤池和滤布有机结合起来,构建了曝气/过滤一体化装置,并将其用于处理城市污水,考察了MLSS、HRT、温度、pH值等因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明,随着MLSS的提高,对COD和NH3-N的去除率呈增大的趋势,当MLSS达到5 500 mg/L后,处理效果趋于稳定;延长HRT对COD和NH3-N的去除率有一定程度的提高;温度对COD去除效果的影响较小,但对NH3-N的去除效果影响很大;去除COD和NH3-N的最佳pH值分别为(6.4~8.3)和(7.5~8.3)。
The integrated aeration/filtration reactor was constituted by using sand filter and filter cloth to replace membrane of MBR and the combination of aeration tank, slow sand filter and filter cloth, and it was used to treat municipal sewage. The influence of MLSS, HRT, temperature and pH value on the removal efficiencies was investigated. The results show that with increase of MLSS, the removal rates of COD and NH3 - N have a significant upward trend, and the treatment efficiency reaches relative stabilization when the MLSS reaches 5500mg/L. When HRT is longer, the removal rates of COD and NH3 - N are higher. Temperature has less effect on COD removal, but more effect on NH3 - N removal. The most optimal value of pH is 6.4 to 8.3 for COD removal and 7.5 to 8.3 for NH3 - N removal.
