摘要
着重研究了环氧树脂/二乙基次膦酸铝(EP/OP930)阻燃材料的阻燃性能、热分解性能和力学性能。结果表明,OP930的含量仅需15%(质量分数,下同)就可以使EP/OP930体系的极限氧指数达到29.8%,垂直燃烧实验达到UL 94V-0级标准;此外,EP/OP930体系的综合性能良好,不同OP930含量的阻燃材料的力学性能、热稳定性能与原材料相比变化不大。
In this paper, flame retarded epoxy resin (EP) composites containing diethyl phosphinate aluminum (OP930) were prepared, and the mechanical properties, morphologies of fracture surfaces, thermal stability, and flame retardancy of EP/OP930 composites with different contents of OP930 were studied. Results showed that EP/OP930 composite with only 15 wt % OP930 could achieve the optimal flame retardancy (limiting oxygen index was 28.8% and reached UL 94 VO rating). The composites exhibited satisfying thermal properties as well as good compatibility with the matrix. Compared to neat resin, the mechanical properties of the composites were also on a very good level.
