微胶囊化聚磷酸铵的制备及其在SEBS中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 为克服聚磷酸铵(APP)吸湿性大的缺点,采用原位聚合法制备了三聚氰胺甲醛树脂微胶囊包覆的聚磷酸铵(MFAPP),并采用扫描电子显微镜、热失重分析仪等对其进行了表征;同时研究了MFAPP和双季戊四醇(DPER)组成的膨胀阻燃体系在氢化苯乙烯丁二烯苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)中的应用,测试了其耐水性能、阻燃性能和力学性能。结果表明,所制得的MFAPP表面包覆层完好致密,并且250℃以下热失重率仅为1.629%;SEBS阻燃样条在湿热环境下不会吐白,垂直燃烧级别达到FV-0级,且制成电缆后硬度、断裂伸长率和抗张强度均可以满足要求。 Encapsulated ammonium polyphosphate coated with melamine-formaldehyde resin (MFAPP) was prepared by in situ polymerization, and characterized by SEM and TGA. Water resisting properties and flame retardancy of MFAPP and dipentaerythritol (DPER) in SEBS were also studied. SEM results confirmed that APP could be finely encapsulated. The weight loss of MFAPP between 50 ℃ and 250 ℃ was only 1. 629 %, which indicated well thermal stabilities. Samples of SEBS/MFAPP/DPER composites did not turn white in hygrothermal condition for 4 days, which exhibited much better water resisting properties than samples of SEBS/APP/DPER composites. When using MFAPP and DPER as intumescent flame retardant (IFR), 30 % fill amount was enough to reach FV-0 level without decreasing mechanical properties.
