夏桑菊颗粒对大鼠体内马来酸氯苯那敏代谢的影响

摘要 目的:观察夏桑菊颗粒对大鼠体内马来酸氯苯那敏代谢的影响。方法:以口服马来酸氯苯那敏的大鼠为阳性对照,比较夏桑菊颗粒与马来酸氯苯那敏同时口服时前者对后者药代动力学参数的影响。结果:夏桑菊颗粒与马来酸氯苯那敏同时口服时,低、高剂量(B、C)组都能使Cmax值升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),但只有高剂量组使AUC0~4h值明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:夏桑菊颗粒能使马来酸氯苯那敏在大鼠体内的血药浓度升高,对马来酸氯苯那敏的代谢有一定的影响。 Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese medicine Banlangen Granula on the metabolism of Chlorphenamine in rats. Methods: Divided rats to three groups, one was positive control, two groups which rats were administered Banlangen Granula and Chlorphenamine at the same time orally, compared the differences among them on pharmacokinetics. Results, Compared the positive control group, the AUC0-4h of the two groups which were administered drugs at the same time were higher(P 〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01), and the more doses of the granulan, the furher high of the parameters. Conclusion. The Banlangen Granula can increase the concentration of Chlorphenamine, so it affect the metabolism of Chlorphenamine in rats.
