乌灵胶囊的临床应用进展

乌灵胶囊为国家一类新药,是以我国珍稀药用真菌乌灵菌经现代生物技术精制而成的纯中药制剂,具有调节免疫功能、调节内分泌、抗焦虑和抑郁等药理作用,在临床上广泛用于焦虑、抑郁、失眠、头痛等症状及广泛性焦虑、肠易激综合征和慢性疲劳综合征的治疗。文中综述其药理作用和临床应用以及安全性研究进展。

As the first-class new drug approved in China,the independently developed traditional medicine Wuling capsule consists of extracts from Wuling germ,a kind of scarce fungi in China.It can regulate immunity and endocrine functions,and relief anxiety and depression.Thus,it is widely used in clinic for relieving anxiety,depression,insomnia,headache,and other symptoms,and in the treatment of general anxiety disorder,IBS,chronic fatigue syndrome and other diseases.Through the combination of traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine,its further studies in the future include pharmacological mechanisms,new routes of administration,and how to full exert the unique efficacy of traditional medicine.
