噬菌体治疗及其研究

摘要 1噬菌体—细菌的病毒 噬菌体是一种侵染细菌、放线菌等微生物的病毒,可通过除菌滤器,没有细胞结构,为非细胞生物,主要由蛋白质外壳（衣壳）和包含于其中的核酸所组成,是一种专性的细胞内寄生物,不具有独立的代谢酶系,只能在生活的且进行着代谢活动的宿主细胞中存活。
