摘要
以哈尔滨工业大学某知识团队为案例,构建知识吸收网络,基于该网络对团队成员的中心性、派系、结构等价性进行测度.在此基础上,从个体行为与网络结构互动视角揭示了团队成员个体行为、网络中心性与吸收能力之间的内在关系;阐明了个体在构建派系结构过程中的能动性及派系结构对个体吸收能力的影响;提出了基于个体间共性知识基础、知识需求和关系联结的"类属吸收能力"概念.最后,提出了提高知识团队成员吸收能力的针对性措施.
It focuses on the case of one knowledge team in Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT). The knowledge absorptive network is built firstly, and then the centrality, cliques and structure equivalency are analyzed based on the network. On that basis, in the view of interaction between individual behavior and network structure, it reveals the rela- tionship among member's individual behavior, centrality and absorptive capacity, clarifies the individual activity in clique building and the influence of clique on individual absorptive capacity. It raises the concept of "kind absorptive capacity" on the grounds of similar knowledge basis, knowledge requirement and relation link. Finally, it proposes some advices in improving absorptive capacity of knowledge team members.
