摘要
离岸研发外包的全球发展趋势愈发明显,但已有的外包研究更多地关注生产与IT外包问题,而对企业离岸研发外包现象的研究涉及较少.本文基于外包研究三个主流理论:交易成本理论、资源基础观与关系视角,结合已有相关外包研究成果,对企业离岸研发外包的动因进行了深入分析,并提出相应的理论命题.在此基础上,对三种理论视角下动因分析的理论逻辑及其核心观点进行了比较,并提出了企业离岸研发外包动因的一个整合模型.
It is obvious that R＆D offshore outsourcing has been amazedly developed recently. But researchers of this field paid more attention to production and IT outsourcing than to R＆D offshore outsourcing. It analyzes in depth the motives of R＆D offshore outsourcing based on TCE, RBV and relational view. Then it compares the rationales and main opinions of the three different theories. Finally, it builds up an integrative motive model of R＆D offshore outsourcing.
